Terms & Conditions
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, for any reason, including change of mind, we will refund any items provided you return it to us in a saleable condition and is received by us within 10 days from the date you receive the order.
We do not refund, exchange or issue credit notes on CUSTOM ORDERS, SALE Items or WHOLESALE items so please order carefully! All items sold are regarded as final purchases. If you are unsure of sizing, colours etc then please send us an email at email@example.com and we will do our very best to answer any or all of your questions.
FAULTS / DAMAGES
For any items that are received damaged, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt of the item via email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve the order.
